Boat Trips

Whether you bring your own small boat or dinghy, hire one of ours, or go on one of the many available boat trips, for many people there is nothing to beat “mucking about in boats”.

Information

All prices include VAT at 20% and Life Jackets or Buoyancy Aid, and daily hire includes Fuel. Weekly Hire – Fuel £1.50 per litre mixed. If you would like to hire one of these boats, please contact us as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

If you don't have your own boat, or don't feel confident to go out on your own, but would still like a trip on the water, there are many boats offering trips of varying duration, details for which are given further down this page. For some this is an opportunity to go wildlife spotting, whale watching, visiting the world famous Corryvreckan whirlpool, sight seeing or just for the joy of it.

Sealife Adventures (Porpoise II)

This boat offers safety and comfort, including an onboard toilet. You can sit in a heated wheelhouse, or enjoy the fresh sea breeze on the deck of this spacious boat. Cruises are suitable for the whole family. Complementary hot drinks, biscuits and binoculars are provided, along with commentary by an enthusiastic wildlife guide.

Seafari Adventures

A combination of high adventure and exhilaration with the thrill of close encounters with sea life and scenery. Trips include Corryvreckan, whale and dolphin watching, Garvellach Islands, Colonsay, Iona and Staffa. Sightings of porpoise, dolphin, whales, basking shark, otter, eagle deer, and much more. Skipper and experienced naturalist crew/guides offer an interactive tour with lots of information.

Craignish Cruises (Sea Leopard II)

Guided wildlife trips and private charters to Corryvreckan, Dorus Mor, Scarba, Garvellachs. The Sea Leopard has a heated toilet suitable for anyone with limited mobility, and a heated wheelhouse with seating for up to 12 passengers, a small galley and a canopy over half the passenger deck. Hot and cold drinks with shortbread are available for a small charge.
